He has experience since 1974. Obtains the Customs Broker Patent / license in 1983 and begins operations in Monterrey, opening TRAMEXCO (Trámites Mexicanos de Comercio Exterior S.A. de C.V.) the same year. During the early 80's he opens and consolidates four other offices, Nuevo Laredo, Tamps., Manzanillo, Col., Reynosa, Tamps. and Colombia, N.L. In 1990 he integrates a warehouse in Laredo, Tx., now known as Destresa L.C. Cofounder of the Asociación de Agentes Aduanales de Colombia, Nuevo León, A.C. in 1990, being President during the period of 1997-1999. During 1999 to 2001 he was part of the Executive Committee as Vice President of the CAAAREM (Confederación de Asociaciones de Agentes Aduanales de la República Mexicana).
